We select our clinicians based on skills, training and patient-centered focus. Unlike many practices where clinicians are paid based on the number of patients they see or the way they bill for visits, Qliance clinicians are motivated by a system that rewards high quality patient care patient satisfaction. Qliance clinicians work directly for you to ensure that you get the best care and attention possible.
All of our clinicians are board certified or eligible in their specialty (family medicine or internal medicine), and our medical assistants and nurses are fully trained and certified. Qliance clinicians and support staff undergo a rigorous screening and hiring process that includes verification of training, certification and licensure, background checks and and evaluation of their bedside manner.

Bravo, this place is amazing!At long last...a primary healthcare provider that actually *wants* to keep you healthy. They take longer-term view of the patient's health, focus on preventative care, and cut out perverse incentives. And the model's pretty revolutionary: no insurance, subscription-based billing, and rock-star physicians. Labs and meds are at-cost.The facility was new, bright, clean, and I couldn't have been more impressed with Dr. Sacks. I'm going back in next week for a physical (covered in my $64/month subscription).
