• I like the deal of the week - how do I get it?

  Just click "BUY NOW" before the offer ends. We will charge your credit card and send you a link to print your coupon.

• Do I need to use my coupon the same day I buy it?

  No. Coupons usually have an expiration date of 6 months. Check the terms and conditions of your coupon for the exact expiration date as each deal may vary.

• I bought a coupon on PriceDoc - how do I use it?

  Once you have completed the purchase and your credit card has been charged, you'll receive an email with a link to sign in and print your coupon on PriceDoc. The PriceDoc coupon includes all contact details for the healthcare Provider's office. You just call the Provider and arrange an appointment referencing PriceDoc and your coupon number. Depending on the Provider's availability, you may have to allow for up to 60 days for your appointment time from the date of your call. We suggest that you should bring the coupon and supporting materials to your office visit.

• Can I combine my coupon with other offers or specials?

  Usually you cannot, unless the coupon specifically states otherwise.

• Am I billed as soon as I purchase the coupon?

  Yes. Your credit card will be charged immediately after you confirm your purchase. The coupon is available for redemption after 24 hours of your purchase.

• What is a closed deal?

  Each deal is promoted and available for purchase for a limited time only (usually no more than 7 days). A closed deal is when the offer is no longer being promoted and is not available for purchase.

• Is PriceDoc's system secure?

  Absolutely. Your credit card number is immediately coded (with SSL) and sent over to the bank for approval. We don't actually store your credit card information anywhere on our servers.

• Can I return a coupon?

  Yes. If you have not used your coupon yet, you have 24 hours from the day of purchase to cancel and get a full refund. If you wish to cancel, please email us at cancellation@pricedoc.com

• What happens if my coupon expires?

  All is not lost! Once a coupon reaches its expiration date, it loses its promotional value, but you can still redeem it at the price you paid for other services at the provider's regular price during the length of time stipulated by gift certificate laws in your state.

• Why do you only feature one deal per week?
