Post image for Six Super Foods All Women Need to Include in Their Diet

Having a hard time deciphering what is the right/wrong thing to eat? The media has put such hype on healthy eating, that it has become difficult for people to understand which foods are best for them. As you all know, men and women are extremely different, which means women need to consume different nutrients than men.

WebMD.com has provided the top six super foods that women must eat to be strong and healthy:

1. Low-fat yogurt: is packed with calcium, which benefits your digestive system, reduces risk of vaginal infections and stomach ulcers. Three servings is strongly suggested by the U.S. Dietary Guidelines. Skip the flavored varieties or ones with fruit on the bottom…they have way to much sugar.

At first this challenge might seem impossible when families depend on microwaveable dinners, squirt can cheese, soda, powdered potatoes, etc. The first step was to grab a trash bag and toss all processed foods in the pantry which includes white flour, sugar, low fat milk, margarine, processed cheese, refined salt and dried pasta.

According to experts, “no one really knows whether they are damaging their health” by avoiding these products, reports Maggie Fox from Reuters.
