* Diet: for any part of your health, diet is very important. Men keep in mind any food that is bad for the ticker is bad for your man parts.
* Weight: packing on the pounds can introduce nerve damage to your penis
* Keep blood pressure and cholesterol low: these can destroy blood vessels which can lead to ED

Post image for Happy 50th Anniversary Birth Control!

How many of you female readers take “the Pill”? This weekend “the Pill” celebrated it’s 50th anniversary. On May 9, 1960 the FDA officially approved the birth control pill for women.

According to Health.com, this magical pill was never meant to help women get jobs or control the size of a family. Many religious groups are still against using the contraceptive pill to prevent pregnancy. Some view the birth control pill as anti-life. This pill was meant to help women choose their own path, to finally be in charge of when they’d like to start a family, how many children they’d prefer to have and when they’d like to stop having children.
