Do you remember how your mother delivered you when you were born? Most babies a generation ago were born via vaginal delivery, unless there was a major problem. Today that is completely different, in 2007 32% of the babies born were delivered by Cesarean section which is the country’s highest rate ever.
The NYTimes.com reports this rate has been on the up and up since 1996, every year new records are being set.

Medicine constantly outdoes itself by new remarkable surgeries that keep pushing limits. One of the most recent surgeries, reported by foxnews.com was performed on a baby boy still in the womb. After a routine scan doctors found a tumor the size of an orange. The surgery was done in the womb because of the size of the tumor and fear of the baby dying once delivered.
