1. Heat rash: usually caused by sweating profusely in the humid heat. Treat by keeping the affected area dry, use baby powder or anti-fungal spray which will help lessen the pain. Try wearing cotton when outside which will help your skin to breathe easier.

Today that is completely different, in 2007 32% of the babies born were delivered by Cesarean section which is the country’s highest rate ever.

Medical centers now focus on creating a birthing plan with the mother, some mothers prefer to have a water birth when other moms prefer a regular birth.
Some mothers prefer having a doula present or a female doctor vs. a male doctor.

A big worry for moms is choking, it kills more than 100 kids per year and another 15,000 are hospitalized. The most common forms of food that choke children are hot dogs, popcorn, gum, coins, candy, crayons and balloons.
According to MomLogic.Com, the journal of “Pediatrics” and The American Academy of Pediatrics are asking producers of these choke-causing foods to re-design them in a way that will lessen a child’s chance of choking.
