Post image for 28-Day Real Food Challenge…Can You Handle It?

CNN.com reported that NourishedKitchen.com’s food blogger, Jennifer McGruther, set up a 28-day real food challenge. Nine-hundred people signed up for this challenge, which required these people to eat unprocessed, natural, organic, farm-to-farmer food only.

At first this challenge might seem impossible when families depend on microwaveable dinners, squirt can cheese, soda, powdered potatoes, etc. The first step was to grab a trash bag and toss all processed foods in the pantry which includes white flour, sugar, low fat milk, margarine, processed cheese, refined salt and dried pasta.
