The jealousy-inducing-weight-loss that some mothers can pull off after birth has, for some time, been a topic of debate. Some attribute it to factors such as genes, and spending an exorbitant amount of time in the gym. However, a trending idea in weight loss is the idea that breast feeding can aid in weight loss. To some this may seem absurd, but recent studies suggest that breast feeding could in fact promote post birth weight loss.

While pregnant it is a no-brainer that being healthy is not only extremely important for your health but also your baby’s.
