This is a perfect way to get a workout in at home. In order to get more out of a workout, you need to be excited about it, and motivated! I workout 5-6 hours in the pool, I do it because it is fun for me and I love Water Polo – I also have a team expecting me to be in top shape. These games, like all video games, encourage you to come back and continue to “beat the game,” or continue to work out.
