- Catch up with your zzzz’s: getting at least six hours of sleep will help you perform better for work, school or your workout.

- Go blue!!!! Fill up on blueberries for breakfast, snack or even dessert. There is a suggestion by the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry that this fruit has plenty of a specific kind of antioxidant that helps the brain delay in memory loss.
- Breathe, meditate….relax! A busy life can stir up feelings of anxiety and stress which keep your brain from retaining new information properly.
- Is scrabble a word? Yep, we are telling you to play scrabble, which shouldn’t be too hard. Today they have scrabble in a board game, as an app for iPhones and even in the back of magazines and newspapers. Boosting your word skills could protect against memory loss.
