  3. Get the blood pressure down. Relax with some dark chocolate and soothing music.
  4. Cramping up? Ladies, get rid of that awful feeling with heat. Use a heat pad or old water bottle filled with hot water.
  5. Lower stress. Have an herb garden? Grab some basil and inhale that lovely scent.
  6. Bad back? Relieve backaches by practicing yoga. Trust us you’ll fee exponentially better very soon.
  7. Tired of that headache? Eat some fish or take a fish oil capsule. Fish’s oil lowers the production of the chemicals that trigger migraines.
