Attention moms! I know you are bustling around trying to make sure everyone is fed, clothed, bathed, homework is done, husband’s dry cleaning is done, etc etc etc. When do you take a break for yourself?? Along with being busy, we know you are always watching what you consume.

Health.com has provided some fantastic cocktails under 220 calories. Now ladies you can take a break, relax and enjoy a delicious, light aperitif.

  • Cosmo- sub club soda for a little bit of the liquor, add 1 shot of citrus-flavored vodka, splash of cranberry juice and a lime wedge. You’ve eliminated 100 calories!
  • American Virgin- combine 1 shot of peach juice, club soda, splash of OJ and lemonade- shake and stir over ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
  • Mojito- fill shaker with 1 cup of ice, 6 lime wedges, 1 1/2 Tbsp of lime juice and 2 Tbsp of fresh mint. Muddle then combine 1/2 tsp warm honey, 2 oz of rum and 4 oz of club soda. Stir and serve with mint and lime.
  • Sangria- slice up any fruit that matches the season, medium-bodied red wine, Fresca soda and club soda. Chill and serve over ice.
  • Eggnog- beat two egg yolks, add 1/3 cup sugar, beat. In another container combine 2 cups of fat-free milk, 1 tsp vanilla and 1 dash of cinnamon, nutmeg- put in a saucepan over high heat, bring to boil- stir occasionally. Remove from heat, gradually whisk into egg mix. Return to pot, cook. Remove, stir in 1/4 cup white rum and pour into bowl or pitcher. Chill. Beat 4 egg whites in a separate bowl until soft peaks form, add 1 Tbsp of sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. Whisk egg whites into chilled mix, sprinkle with cinnamon.
