Providers! This is a brief set of tips on how to make sure the cash paying consumers who book vouchers for your practice on PriceDoc convert into actual patients. Fortunately, this list is both short and straightforward:
- Contact patient within 24 hours of receiving the New Patient Lead for best results.
- Cash paying patients may need to be contacted at least 3 times – be patient and remember it may take a few attempts before you connect with your new Pricedoc Patient!
- We recommend reaching out for first initial contact and, within a week, emailing or calling the patient again to see if they have questions.
- Be assumptive – explain you are contacting them about their inquiry on PriceDoc to answer any questions and schedule an appointment.
- Remember, this new patient will be paying you in cash, thus eliminating lengthy insurance company procedures. Many times a patient will collect the necessary information before booking the procedure and may take up to 3 months before booking an appointment with you.
- Follow Up – be sure to let us know if the patient came in and if they would potentially be open to sharing their experiences in finding a quality provider on PriceDoc!
