Thinking about receiving a cosmetic procedure? Worried about keeping it private and/or convenient?
Destinations Medical Spa (DMS) may be just what you are looking for. ChicagoTribune.com reports that DMS is a mobile service that handles skin care at your home or business. DMS provides board-certified doctors who can do Botox injections and laser treatments to clients in the privacy of their living room.
“Our doctor shows up in a nondescript SUV and sets up everything in 10 minutes,” said Skylar Evans, Destinations’ chief operating officer. “Before, women would spend tons and tons on all this,” she said. “Now, they are breaking their treatments into five payments instead of paying in full. But they seem to feel better doing it at home — they want late appointments, don’t have the time to drive to a spa and maybe don’t want to be seen.”
Desintations provides laser hair removal, chemical peels, a liquid face-lift, fillers and mostly anything provided at a typical medical spa with decent prices.
This service is perfect for those clients who want Restylane or Botox, photofacials or vein therapy. DMS is able to carry out certain procedures that most spas cannot because of the cost in equipment. Destinations is great for the clients they cater to and the businesses in which they can provide alternative service for.

I’ve been thinking about getting the silk’n SensEpil for my mother, my sister has it and thinks its a great device, she totally loves it!.
Great to hear! Thank you for your comment!
I use Silk’n SensEpil at home and I strongly recommend this device, as it really did wonders on me!
I have fair skin and thick, dark hair, so I’m an ideal user as I understand.
I’m so so glad I bougt it! My treated areas are beautiful after just four treatments,
and I’m noticing significant hair reduction just a few days before I do the next!
