The most widely known reason that dark chocolate is so good for you is its extreme richness in antioxidants. Multiple studies have proven three different reasons why dark chocolate is a must eat.

The best I’ve ever had is a Lindt Excellence dark chocolate with chilis. I also love Ghiradelli’s intense twilight.
Those do sound delicious! My favorite is Vosges Chocolat the wooloomooloo bar, it has a combination of milk chocolate, coconut, hemp seeds, macadamia nuts and pink Himalayan sea salt. Absolutely delectable!
