Everyone has woken up with a mortifiying red zit on their nose or maybe a patch of dry skin on their scalp or an odd mole on their shoulder. We need to remember that our skin is our biggest organ and that skin disorders are just as much psychological as their are physical.

Fox News reports the top five skin disorders are:

1) Acne
2) Eczema
3) Seborrheic Dermatitis
4) Skin Cancer
5) Psoriasis

“In all ‘eczema’ cases, what you want to do is moisturize the skin, build up the skin barrier and avoid drying out the skin,” Dr. Alexiades-Armenakas, assistant clinical professor at Yale University School of Medicine reports to foxnews.com.

Start taking your skin seriously and treat each disorder properly.
