Apparently coffee is the beverage you should be drinking because it has shown to benefit the body in many ways. A new study shows that if you drink a lot of coffee and tea on a daily basis it can lower your risk of diabetes.

ABC News reports that, “researchers found that drinking three to four cups of coffee per day was associated with a 25 percent lower risk of diabetes than drinking two cups or less per day.” Researchers also say that “each additional cup of coffee consumed in a day was associated with a 7 percent reduction in the excess risk of diabetes.”

If you are concerned about diabetes, talk to a doctor near you to see if drinking coffee is a good solution for you.
