Suffering from arthritis is so painful that usually exercise is the last thing you want to do. But it seems to be the one natural way to ease the pain. It’s important to pick a routine that combines both your physical condition and your interests so you can enjoy yourself.
Start your new exercise routine slowly, starting with 10-15 minutes per day then gradually increase your stamina to 30-45 minutes per day. Integrate flexibility, strength and cardiovascular into your exercises.
Here are 8 workouts from everdayhealth.com that should help your arthritis:
1) Yoga
2) Tai Chi
3) Water Exercise
4) Strength Training
5) Isotonic Exercises
6) Walking
7) Cycling
Golf
If you do decide to change your exercising habits, don’t forget to eat right as well… And if, after changing your routine, exercise just isn’t cutting it, there are doctors who treat arthritis.

I agree, you should keep moving and eat a healthy diet to minimize the symptoms of arthritis. Sometimes splints to support the joints of your hands can help, along with learning ways to ease pressure through your joints during daily activity. You can learn more from your local arthritis foundation or from a certified hand therapist in your area.
