Two studies show that drinking coffee and increasing physical activity can reduce a man’s risk of dying of prostate cancer. There is a clear relationship between coffee consumption and a reduced risk of prostate cancer. In response to the study performed, Kathryn M. Wilson reports that, “the more coffee you drank, the more effect we saw.”

The other study focused on the effects exercising had on prostate cancer. U.S. News states that, “The death rate from prostate cancer for men who exercised vigorously was 12 percent lower than for those who didn’t.”
