If you buy a snack at a fast-food restaurant or a convenience store, beware! Most takeout foods are much higher in fat and calories than you might think. But don’t worry, all that yummy stuff can be easily be replaced by healthier, more delicious options.

For example; aching for a coffee? Think twice before ordering a 440 calorie grande white chocolate mocha latte at Starbucks…instead order it’s sister drink, an iced mocha it’s 12 times less the calories, refreshing and quite tasty.
