Congress is relying on young, healthy Americans to purchase insurance in order to prevent insurance costs going up for everyone else. If young Americans fail to purchase insurance, Congress is “threatening fines.”

Congress is relying on young Americans to purchase insurance because the new “health care reform bills require insurance companies to cover pre-existing conditions and prohibit them from charging sick people any more than others,” reports Jim Angle from FOX News.
