As a college student I definitely know what it’s like to feel extreme stress on a daily basis from juggling work and school, and attempting to find some time to sleep in between. So I was happy to hear that there may be a light at the end of the tunnel.

Meditation may be the solution for college students who are at risk for high blood pressure due to stress. Dr. Sanford I. Nidich reports that, “Blood pressure fell among college students who spent about 20 minutes at least once a day to reach the “restful alertness” state of transcendental meditation.”
