Accordingly to a report released by the American Institute for Cancer Research, excess body fat is responsible for more than 100,000 cases of cancer each year. Unfortunately for the heavy-food lovers, excessive body fat is also a known cause of heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure and strokes.
