It is encouraging to see government agencies embracing change, especially when the matter of electronic security is continually brought up.

The Army was about to distribute dental records to a number of clinics this week but, iHealthBeat reports, “Maj. Gen. David Rubenstein, the Army’s deputy surgeon general, called for a “strategic pause” in the rollout, according to internal e-mails provided to NextGov.”
