Puzzling Through Clicks

Wait, what's going on?

Have you ever scratched your head at a website but still really wanted to use it? Well, we hope PriceDoc does not fall in that category, but we understand that there is always room for improvement.

After many conversations, we realized it?s time to reach-out to our users for some sound advice and to limit the intake of Cool-Aid being shared around our office.

The fact is, we built this site for you, and your input is priceless as we gear up to change the ?User Experience? (aka the look-and-feel).

Hopefully (fingers crossed!) we have made it easy to understand that on PriceDoc, you, the patient, can connect with medical providers, obtain prices for healthcare procedures, reserve a price or simply bid for a procedure (”name your price”). As important, we hope you realize that the entire process is free to you and there is no moment where we ask you for payment (payments are settled with the medical provider at the time of service).

You will see a handful of boxes similar to this on our Search Result Pages. See the green button? What should the text on the button be?

Having said that, our team has been brainstorming and debating for weeks now on what text (on the button to the left) best explains that when this button is clicked the price is guaranteed without any payment required (or even asking for your credit card info). Note, payment would be due to the medical provider at the time of service.

Below are some options and each of us has our favorite, but we want to know yours (and why), so help us shape our site by casting a vote and commenting below!
